Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

When you sign in with Google or Discord, we receive your email address and display name. We store this to identify your account.

We store the data you create: campaigns, armies, units, battle logs, and territory configurations.

We log basic usage analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve the product. No personally identifiable information is included in these logs.

2. What We Don't Collect

We do not collect payment card details. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's privacy policy.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

3. AI Generation

If you use AI map generation, your prompts are sent to Google Gemini's API. If you use BYOK (bring your own key), your prompts are sent directly via your API key. We do not retain prompt content after generation.

4. Data Retention

Your campaign data is retained until you delete it or request account deletion. You may request full account and data deletion by emailing [email protected].

5. Cookies

We use a session cookie for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
